⚠️ Before You Begin


If you already have an operating system installed on this device, back up your data first.

Only one version of Windows should be installed per device. Remove any other versions to avoid installation or activation issues.

Ensure your PC meets the minimum specs to install Windows 10 Pro:

  • Processor: 1 GHz or faster, 64-bit or 32-bit

  • RAM: 2 GB (64-bit) or 1 GB (32-bit)

  • Storage: At least 20 GB

  • Graphics: DirectX 9 compatible with WDDM 1.0

  • Display: 800 x 600 resolution minimum

  • Internet: Required for activation and updates

Click “Download Now” under Media Creation Tool.


⚙️ Install Windows 10 Pro


Use the Media Creation Tool to create a bootable USB or ISO for installation:

  1. Run the Media Creation Tool.

  2. Choose Create installation media for another PC.

  3. Select language, edition (Windows 10), and architecture (64-bit or 32-bit).

  4. Pick either:

    • USB Flash Drive – Minimum 8GB, will be erased

    • ISO File – Save to use later with a tool like Rufus

  5. Let the tool complete setup and click Finish.

  6. Insert the USB/DVD into the target PC.

  7. Restart the PC and boot from the USB or DVD.

    • You might need to access the boot menu or BIOS/UEFI to change boot priority.

  8. On the Install Windows screen:

    • Choose language and region, then click Next

    • Click Install Now

  9. Enter your Windows 10 Pro license key

  10. Accept the license terms

  11. Choose Custom: Install Windows only

  12. Select or format the target partition

  13. Click Next and follow on-screen setup steps


Upgrade from Windows 10 Home to Pro


If your PC currently has Windows 10 Home, you can upgrade in-place to Pro:

  1. Restart your PC

  2. Disconnect from the internet (disable Wi-Fi or unplug Ethernet)

  3. Go to Settings > System > Activation

  4. Click Change Product Key and enter:

    VK7JG-NPHTM-C97JM-9MPGT-3V66T
    ⚠️ This is not your activation key. It temporarily upgrades your edition.

  5. Wait for the upgrade to complete

  6. Reconnect to the internet

  7. Go to Settings > Activation again

  8. Enter your purchased Windows 10 Pro license key to activate

Once installation or upgrade is complete:

  • Open Settings > System > Activation

  • Click Change Product Key

  • Enter your 25-character activation key

  • Click Activate — you'll get confirmation when successful

  • Wrong Edition? Ensure you're on Windows 10 Pro

  • Typing Error? Double-check for typos in your key

  • VPN Active? Disable it before trying again
